[Hiring] – Technical Consultant

About the Role

TNM Digital is looking for a Technical Consultant to participate in the implementation, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) solutions.

This role acts as a key technical resource, working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performing ERP technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations in D365 F&O.
Work on X++, forms, classes, tables, SSRS reports, workflows, batch jobs, data entities, and integrations.
Support technical solution design aligned with Microsoft best practices and project architecture.
Develop and maintain technical design documents (TDD) and related project deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Application Consultants to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Support data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.
Participate in code review, technical quality control, and deployment.

Job Requirements

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development.
Strong knowledge of X++ development.
Experience with system integration using APIs, middleware, or Azure services.
Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Understanding of development lifecycle, code migration, testing, and deployment process.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, task tracking, and release management.
Good understanding of technical documentation and structured development standards.
